Eighth Grade Newsroom
In Science our 8th Graders have been studying genetics, biology, and ecology. They worked together to create a Rain Forest Ecosystem bulletin board, complete with living and abiotic factors. The 7th Graders have been studying the physical sciences, such as geology and atmospheric sciences. They are in the midst of creating a Meteorologist’s Weather Report, which they will present to the class as a news report. Our Science Club has been hard at work putting the Scientific Method to good use. They experimented with chemicals to make their own lava lamps and then made hypotheses about what they thought would happen if they changed part of the experiment.
